7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, or materials required for project execution
  • Make timely payments as specified in your service agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our Services

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a service agreement subject to the terms specified in your individual service contract. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be clearly stated in your agreement.

8.2 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and circumstances. Generally:

  • Refunds may be available for services not yet commenced, subject to administrative fees

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Konnectix Tech, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:
